The challenge
Turn ambition into a repeatable engine for disruption.
OCP wanted more than a one-off innovation push. The goal was to accelerate disruptive initiatives, empower intrapreneurs across the organisation, and use a proven framework to validate ideas, build business cases and ship MVPs at a meaningful pace.
Just as importantly, leadership wanted to grow the muscle internally — new ways of working and an innovative culture that would outlast the engagement.
The programme
Three waves. Two streams. One repeatable method.

Phase 1 · Pilot
A focused first wave of teams to prove the method, train internal coaches and de-risk the model before scaling.

Phase 2 · Expand
A larger cohort of teams runs in parallel, with the playbook tightened and more initiatives validated end-to-end.

Phase 3 · Scale
Up to nine teams sprint simultaneously, embedding exponential ways of working across business units.

Two streams
Every wave runs Core (initiatives that strengthen the existing business) and Edge (ventures built outside the immune system) in parallel.

Weekly rhythm
Coaching reviews, on-demand expertise from the global OpenExO community, and weekly assignments that turn ideas into evidence.
