Payment and cancellation
For businesses, including self-employed professionals. Nothing is charged when you register your interest or apply. 50% is payable when Sprinthero has accepted and confirmed your place. The remaining 50% is payable halfway through the series.
Cancel more than 48 hours before the first workshop of the series starts and we refund everything you have paid. After that there is no refund: the first instalment stays payable, and later instalments are cancelled only if delivery has not yet started. If Sprinthero cancels, you get a full refund. If a date has to move, we find a new one together; moving a date is not refunded. See the Service Terms.
