Online workshop series
Your Team's First AI Twin
Four workshops for managers: choose one workflow, design how people and AI share it, and prepare the pilot.
Most AI projects in established organisations start too big and stop at the first objection. This series starts with one workflow in your own team. You choose it, decide which steps an AI agent takes and who checks them, bring your people along, and leave with a pilot your sponsor can approve.
This series is for you if
- You lead a team and have been asked what you are doing about AI.
- You have pilots that never reached daily work.
- You want your team with you when the change comes.
What you leave with
- One workflow chosen on feasibility, data, value and risk
- A design that shows, step by step, who decides and who checks
- A plan for the conversations with the people whose work changes
- A one-page pilot brief with one measure of success
The 4 workshops
Workshop 1
Pick the workflow
Why the first workflow should matter to the business and be small enough to change in a month.
- You build
- Three candidates from your team scored on the AI Use-Case Canvas.
- You leave with
- One workflow and the reasons you chose it.
Workshop 2
Design the loop
Agents, data and the points where a person reviews the result.
- You build
- The workflow drawn step by step: which decision the agent makes, who checks it and what data it needs on day one.
- You leave with
- A design your IT and compliance colleagues can respond to.
Workshop 3
Bring the people along
Who loses something if this succeeds, and what the people who will do the work have to say about it.
- You build
- A conversation plan for your team, starting with the person most affected.
- You leave with
- Field assignment: hold the first two conversations.
Workshop 4
Govern and pilot
The rules that apply, who answers if it goes wrong, and a pilot short enough to finish.
- You build
- A risk register and a 30-day pilot plan with one measure of success.
- You leave with
- A one-page pilot brief for your sponsor.
