How to Train Your AI

Five workshops in which you train your own AI to do real work for you.

5 live online workshops of 90 minutes Employees and self-employed professionals €490 per participant, excl. VAT

Most people use AI the way they use a search engine: one question, one answer, start again tomorrow. In this series you train it instead. You teach it who you are, how you work and what good looks like, and by the fifth workshop it does part of your job every week. We guide you through each step, and you do the work in your own AI account.

This series is for you if

  • You are employed as a professional and want AI to take real tasks off your desk.
  • You are self-employed and have no colleague to hand work to.
  • You have tried AI, got average answers and stopped.

What you leave with

  • An AI that knows your role, your audience, your voice and your standards
  • A small library of skills it can repeat for your recurring tasks
  • A checklist for checking its work before you put your name on it
  • A weekly routine and a 90-day plan for training it further

The 5 workshops

  1. Workshop 1

    Meet your AI

What it is good at, what it is bad at, and what you must never give it: client data, personal data and anything your employer's policy forbids.

    You build
Pick three recurring tasks from your own week and run each one as you would today.
    You leave with
A shortlist of tasks and a 'before' sample to compare with later.
  2. Workshop 2

    Earn its trust

Why context does more than clever prompts, and how to give the AI yours once so you do not repeat it.

    You build
Your personal briefing: role, audience, voice, standards and examples of your best work, saved in your account.
    You leave with
An AI that knows who you are before you ask it anything.
  3. Workshop 3

    Teach it tricks

Turning a task into a skill the AI can repeat: the steps, the inputs and a definition of done.

    You build
Two reusable skills for the tasks on your shortlist.
    You leave with
The start of your own skill library.
  4. Workshop 4

    First flight

Handing over a whole piece of work and checking it: verifying facts, asking for sources and spotting confident errors.

    You build
One real deliverable from your current workload, reviewed in pairs.
    You leave with
Finished work and your own review checklist.
  5. Workshop 5

    Ride together

Making it a habit, and retraining the AI when its answers drift away from what you want.

    You build
Your weekly routine and a 90-day training plan.
    You leave with
Your before and after, shown to the group.

    Build

You build on your own real work in small groups, with a coach in the room.

  4. Minute 70–85

What to bring

  • Your own AI account (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or the one your employer provides)

You work in your own accounts. Bring only material you are allowed to share with the group and with the AI tool you use.

Register your interest

Dates for the first cohort are being set. Leave your details and we will send them to you before anyone else. Registering is free and does not commit you: you pay only when we have confirmed your place. Groups are small, so that a coach has time for your work.
