Investor Lens Live

Three workshops for founders: hear the hard questions before an investor asks them.

3 live online workshops of 90 minutes Founders preparing to raise €490 per participant, excl. VAT

Investors read your story looking for the reason to say no. In three workshops you read it the same way first. You put your deck and your numbers in front of the questions a sceptical investor asks, and you practise answering them out loud.

This series is for you if

  • You plan to raise in the next six to twelve months.
  • You have a deck and are unsure where it is weakest.
  • You have had investor meetings that ended politely and went nowhere.

What you leave with

  • A list of the weak points in your story, in order of seriousness
  • A model whose numbers you can defend
  • Your ten hardest questions, with answers you have practised

The 3 workshops

  1. Workshop 1

Read your story as a sceptic

How an investor reads a deck, and the questions behind a polite no.

    You build
Your deck or memo answered against the questions of the Investor Lens.
    You leave with
    Your weak points, ranked.
  2. Workshop 2

    Make the numbers carry it

Unit economics, break-even and the customer evidence behind every price.

    You build
Your model answered against the questions of the Finance Lens, and a fundraising readiness self-assessment.
    You leave with
A list of the numbers to fix and the evidence to collect.
  3. Workshop 3

    The room

Answering under pressure, briefly and with evidence.

    You build
A question drill in threes, with AI producing the follow-up questions.
    You leave with
Your ten hardest questions with your answers.

How every workshop runs

  1. Minute 0–10

    Check-in

Two participants show what they did with last week's field assignment.

  2. Minute 10–25

    One idea

A coach teaches one idea and demonstrates it live.

  3. Minute 25–70

    Build

You build on your own real work in small groups, with a coach in the room.

  4. Minute 70–85

    Show and tell

Three participants show what they built and get feedback from the group.

  5. Minute 85–90

    Field assignment

One task to do in your own work before the next session.

What to bring

  • Your own AI account (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or the one your employer provides)
  • Your current deck or investment memo
  • Your financial model, however rough

You work in your own accounts. Bring only material you are allowed to share with the group and with the AI tool you use.

All of them are free in the Sprinthero resource library.

Register your interest

Dates for the first cohort are being set. Leave your details and we will send them to you before anyone else. Registering is free and does not commit you: you pay only when we have confirmed your place. Groups are small, so that a coach has time for your work.

We use your details to contact you about this series and keep them in our customer register. See the privacy policy.

The Investor-Ready Sprint goes all the way: 10 days, 18 deliverables and a real investor panel. See the Investor-Ready Sprint
