  1. Workshop 1

    Offer and customer

    Who you serve and what job they hire you for.

    You build
    A Jobs-to-be-Done statement and a Value Proposition Canvas for one offer.
    You leave with
    One offer you can explain in two sentences.

  2. Workshop 2

    Your research desk

    Using AI to prepare research, and why it never replaces a conversation with a real customer.

    You build
    A competitor map and an interview script.
    You leave with
    A field assignment: five customer conversations before the next workshop.

  3. Workshop 3

    Your delivery engine

    Where AI saves you time in the work clients pay for, and where your own judgement is the product.

    You build
    One client delivery mapped step by step, with each step marked as AI drafts or you decide.
    You leave with
    A delivery workflow you can run on your next assignment.

  4. Workshop 4

    Your sales and marketing engine

    Being visible every week without it taking the week.

    You build
    A content and outreach routine in your own voice, and one pricing experiment.
    You leave with
    Four weeks of planned outreach and a price to test.

  5. Workshop 5

    Numbers and risk

    Whether the business pays, and what can go wrong when client material meets AI.

    You build
    Your unit economics, answered against the questions of the Finance Lens, and a risk check of your own practice.
    You leave with
    A one-page operating plan for the next quarter.

Price

€490

Per participant for all 5 workshops, excluding VAT.

For businesses, including self-employed professionals. We invoice your company.

You pay nothing to register

  1. 1Nothing is charged when you register your interest or apply.
  2. 250% is payable when Sprinthero has accepted and confirmed your place.
  3. 3The remaining 50% is payable halfway through the series.

If you need to cancel

Cancel more than 48 hours before the first workshop of the series starts and we refund everything you have paid. After that there is no refund: the first instalment stays payable, and later instalments are cancelled only if delivery has not yet started. If Sprinthero cancels, you get a full refund. If a date has to move, we find a new one together; moving a date is not refunded. See the Service Terms.

How every workshop runs

  1. Minute 0–10

    Check-in

    Two participants show what they did with last week's field assignment.

  2. Minute 10–25

    One idea

    A coach teaches one idea and demonstrates it live.

  3. Minute 25–70

    Build

    You build on your own real work in small groups, with a coach in the room.

  4. Minute 70–85

    Show and tell

    Three participants show what they built and get feedback from the group.

  5. Minute 85–90

    Field assignment

    One task to do in your own work before the next session.

What to bring

  • Your own AI account (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or the one your employer provides)
  • One offer you sell or plan to sell
  • Your prices and a rough count of your working hours

You work in your own accounts. Bring only material you are allowed to share with the group and with the AI tool you use.
