Online workshop series
The Lens Lab
Six workshops for coaches: build an AI Lens that works with you between sessions, while you stay in charge.
In a Sprinthero Sprint the team meets its human Head Coach once or twice a week. In between, AI Lenses keep the work moving: each one looks at the team's work from a single field and asks for the evidence. In the Lens Lab you build one Lens in your own field, in your own AI account, and learn to lead a Sprint in which the coach decides and the Lens supports.
This series is for you if
- You coach or facilitate teams and want an AI that extends your work without replacing your judgement.
- You graduated from the Abundance Coaching program and want to coach Sprints.
- You have clients who ask what AI means for the way you work with them.
What you leave with
- A Sprint charter that you and your Lens both work from
- One working Lens in your field, with the questions it puts to a team
- Rules for when the Lens hands a question back to you
- A four-week Sprint plan that shows what the coach does and what the Lens does
The 6 workshops
Workshop 1
The charter
Why the coach and the Lenses work from one document: the company profile, the Sprint objectives and the agreed scope.
- You build
- A Sprint charter for a real client or a practice case.
- You leave with
- The charter your Lens will read.
Workshop 2
Build your Lens
A Lens asks questions. It does not hand out answers, and it is not a person: no name, no face, no job title.
- You build
- One Lens in your own field: what it checks, what it helps with and the ten questions it asks a team.
- You leave with
- A first version of your Lens, tested on your charter.
Workshop 3
You are the Head Coach
Choosing which Lenses a team uses, reading what they write, and pausing one when it gets in the way.
- You build
- Your oversight routine and the rules for when the Lens brings you in.
- You leave with
- A one-page working agreement between you and your Lens.
Workshop 4
When the Lens disagrees
The labelled note: a Lens that reads something differently says so and gives its reasoning. The team and the coach decide.
- You build
- A role-play in which your Lens contradicts you in front of a client team.
- You leave with
- Practice in settling a disagreement in the open.
Workshop 5
Between sessions
The weekly rhythm: one or two sessions with the coach, and work with the Lens on the days in between.
- You build
- A four-week Sprint plan that names who does what.
- You leave with
- A plan you can show a client.
Workshop 6
Live mini-Sprint
A compressed Sprint on another participant's case, led by you with your Lens.
- You build
- Sixty minutes of Frame, Diverge, Decide and Prototype.
- You leave with
- Written feedback from your peers and from Sprinthero's coaches.
