Online workshop series
Sprint in a Box
Four workshops, one per Sprint phase: take your own bold bet from a question to something you can test.
A Sprint has four phases: Frame, Diverge, Decide and Prototype. In this series you go through all four on a bet of your own, one phase per workshop, with AI doing the legwork between sessions. It is the shortest way to find out how a Sprint works and whether your idea deserves a full one.
This series is for you if
- You have an idea or a strategic question and no time for a three-month project.
- You want to try the Sprint method before you commit a team to it.
- You lead a team that talks about new ideas more often than it tests them.
What you leave with
- Your bet written as a question, with the criteria for success
- A wide set of options, and three that survived hard questions
- A first prototype or demand test, built in the session
- A recommendation from a coach on what to do next
The 4 workshops
Workshop 1
Frame
Sharpening the bet: the question, the assumptions behind it and how you will know it worked.
- You build
- Your How Might We question and a ranked list of the hypotheses you need to test.
- You leave with
- A one-page Sprint brief.
Workshop 2
Diverge
Going wide before you choose: signals from outside your industry and many more ideas than you need.
- You build
- A STEEP signals scan with AI, then Crazy 8s with AI as your sparring partner.
- You leave with
- At least twenty options you did not have before.
Workshop 3
Decide
Choosing with evidence, and hearing the objections early.
- You build
- An Impact/Effort matrix, then your top three ideas answered against the questions of the Finance and Investor Lenses.
- You leave with
- One concept to test and the reasons for it.
Workshop 4
Prototype
Building something real enough to learn from this week, and picking the right kind of first version.
- You build
- A landing page test or a clickable draft, built during the session.
- You leave with
- A prototype, a test plan and a coach's recommendation for your next step.
